Village court law
Village Courts Act 2022



It is expedient and necessary to establish village courts and to make provisions regarding matters related thereto in order to facilitate and resolve some disputes and disputes in the area under the jurisdiction of each union of the country;

Therefore, it is hereby enacted as follows:-

(1) Short title, enactment and application.-(1) This Act shall be known as the Village Courts Act, 2006.

(2) It shall come into force immediately.

(3) It shall apply only to the area under the jurisdiction of the Union
