                                       Village Court Rules, 198

Rule-1 (Short Name and Commencement)

These rules will be called the Village Court Rules of 1986.

Rule-2 (unless there is anything contrary to the content or context in this rule)

(A) "Form" means the form attached to these rules.

(B) "ordinance" means the "Village Court Ordinance of 1976" (Ordinance No. 61 of 1986);

(C) 'fragment' means any fragment of the ordinance;
